This "Year-End Fundraising Prompt Pack" is designed to help small to mid-sized nonprofits craft effective, personalized communications throughout the critical period from October to December. Each prompt includes examples with placeholders, allowing you to tailor the messaging to fit your organization’s goals, impact stories, and donor base. The prompts are organized into four phases:
Phase 1: Kickoff

Phase 2: Ramp Up
Includes the official campaign launch, Giving Tuesday pushes, recurring donation appeals, and segmented outreach. These prompts build momentum while reinforcing the impact of donations.
Phase 3: The Big Push
Provides prompts for end-of-year urgency, highlighting deadlines, social media campaigns, gratitude messaging, and matching gift reminders to maximize donations before December 31.
Post-Year-End (Early January)
